Call flow analysis

Pridis within the application offers the possibility to call Florin analysis and analysis of call flows. With this tool you are able, to the smallest detail, telephone calls to investigate and understand the actual communication flows.

Detailed Analysis
The detailed analysis follows the structure of your organization in which each can be clicked through to a lower level of analysis for example, business unit or area and from there to the individual employee. On the displayed information can still be clicked ("drill-down reporting) as in this example. The detailed analysis is based on Call Detail Record's (CDRs) from the PBX and Mobile Devices.
