CallHosted implements Pridis cost-registration and billing software

Nijkerk, April 26, 2010 - Call Hosted, which specializes in hosted telephony solutions, has implemented Florin, the Telecom Expense Management software and accessibility of Pridis.

Call Hosted B.V. is a provider of hosted telephony in the new standard for companies, institutions and governments. Call Hosted customers no longer call from a private telephone switch, but via the Mitel MiCD VOIP platform from Call Hosted. They pay them a fixed amount per seat per month. Call Hosted uses Florin for the monthly billing of the call costs and infrastructure. Customers can also use the environment to user-level insight into both the costs and calling behavior and range.

Besides that the reading of price tables, Call Hosted also makes use of the Coin online connection for charging of 0900 numbers.

 
On access management, covering issues such as online customers numbers presented, recorded and missed calls within service intervals are reported. There are also mobile voice and data information supported.
